Overview

James, a certified Combined Strength and StrongFirst® coach, drawing on years of experience and expert training to design focused, results-driven fitness plans. Combining strength, mobility, and cardiovascular techniques, he will support you in transforming your body, enhancing your lifestyle, and fostering lasting physical and mental well-being.
Sessions are available at James’ purpose built personal training studio in New Milton. Alternatively home visits can be arranged along with outdoor sessions upon request.
